Nursing Shortage Predicted
A "new" nursing shortage is reported in the NCEMNA news. The purported "crisis" could bear a shortage of 1 million nurses or more and there is a grave concern about how healthcare managers will deal with such a shortage. Fortunately, the report points out the need for the profession to create a better image and to look carefully at the nurse educator shortage problem.
